When and where are practices held?
Recreational League: Practice schedules are determined by the team coach and must be held within the Temple/Belton ISD limits. No Sunday practices are allowed. PK/K Division practices for 30 minutes per week, while 1st-8th Grade teams are allowed up to two 1-hour sessions per week.
Bring Your Team League: Practice schedules are decided entirely by the team coach. The league does not regulate practice times or locations, allowing teams to practice as they see fit.
When and where are games played?
Recreational League: Games are held on Saturdays at Freedom Park in West Temple. Younger divisions play earlier in the day, with older divisions playing later.
Bring Your Team League: Games are held on Saturday evenings at the Central Texas Christian School. Scheduling may vary depending on the number of registered teams and division matchups.
How are teams formed?
Recreational League: Teams are formed through a Player Draft following Player Assessments. Players who attend the assessment are drafted first, while those who miss it are assigned randomly at the end of the draft.
Bring Your Team League: Teams are pre-formed and registered by a coach. There is no draft process; players join their chosen team before league registration closes.
Can siblings, cousins, or friends be on the same team?
Recreational League: Siblings or step-siblings can be drafted together, but cousins and friends cannot. All players, except a coach's protected children, must enter the Player Draft.
Bring Your Team League: Yes, since teams are pre-formed, it is up to the coach to determine rosters.
Is there a play-time policy?
Recreational League: Yes, there is a 50% play-time policy, ensuring all players are on the field for at least half of each game.
Bring Your Team League: No, there is no league-mandated play-time policy. Playing time is determined by the team coach.
How many coaches per team?
Recreational League: Each team can have up to 2 coaches. A coach’s children will be protected during the draft and will use 1 draft pick per child.
Bring Your Team League: Each team can have up to three (3) Coaches per team on the sideline during the game. All other parents are not permitted on the sideline during the game.
Who are the Coaches?
Recreational League: All coaches are volunteers and must pass a background screening. Coaches are provided a Rulebook and are required to attend a pre-season meeting to review league procedures and expectations.

What happens if a regular season game is canceled due to inclement weather?
Recreational League: If a game is canceled, we will make every effort to reschedule on a Friday evening or Saturday after the regularly scheduled games.
Bring Your Team League: Efforts will be made to reschedule canceled games, but it is not guaranteed due to limited field availability.
What is the policy for playoff game cancellations due to inclement weather?
Recreational League: The higher-seeded team will automatically advance if a playoff game is canceled. Playoff games cannot be rescheduled.

What if all playoff games are canceled due to weather?
Recreational League: If all playoff games are canceled, the #1 seeded team in each division, based on regular season standings, will be declared the champion.

Can I make a special request?
Recreational League: No, 323 Youth does not grant any special requests for team placement, practice schedules, or game times.
Bring Your Team League: Special requests should be addressed to your team coach or manager, as the league does not manage individual team requests.
