Refund Policy

At 323 Youth Inc., we strive to offer flexibility and transparency with our refund policy. Please review the details below:

Before Registration Deadline

If a paid registration is canceled before the registration deadline, a full refund will be issued, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

After Registration Deadline

For cancellations made after the registration deadline, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

After Equipment is Ordered

Once equipment (e.g., uniforms, practice shirts, gear) has been ordered for the season, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after equipment has been purchased by the league.

Please note: This policy applies to all registrations from 2025 onward.
